Chief Operating Officer

Rebecca was raised in the Pacific Northwest. Her dad was a dentist, whose passion for helping patients achieve the smiles they deserve inspired her love of dentistry. In her role as Regional Operations Manager, Rebecca delights in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for in the dental office.

With over 25 years of experience in business, management, and human resources, Rebecca is a key partner in helping build Experience Dental. Through compassion and understanding, she strives to develop deep relationships with team members, patients, vendors, and partners.

In her free time, Rebecca enjoys traveling, dancing, and spending time exploring the outdoors with activities like hiking, ice climbing, and camping. She also loves spending her time with her husband and seven beautiful children.
